The Initial Visit
The new patient visit is about 60-90 minutes to allow Dr. Lazor to discuss the patient’s health history, do periodontal charting, exam, oral cancer screening, and more. This first visit is primarily concerned with diagnosing the patient’s problem.
Unlike many practices today, we believe in taking our time to get your diagnosis right. Using state-of-the-art equipment such as digital X-rays and dental scanners, we’re able to obtain clear results to create your custom care plan using less radiation.
Although we prefer not to schedule a hygiene appointment on the first day while evaluating our patients’ needs, we’re aware many people are pressed for time and want to schedule as much in one visit as possible. We try our best to accommodate these requests.

Financial Information
We accept all PPO insurance plans and are in-network with Delta Dental Premier. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost; the balance is the patient’s responsibility. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that payment be made at the time care is provided.
Major credit cards and CareCredit are accepted. 90-day in-office financing is also available. Please speak with one of our friendly team members for more information.
